Quindie runs on the talents and taste of a group of people we call "Watchers". This is a select group of brave souls willing to watch portions of content each week and rate that content based on the quality of the filmmaking / content creation. Our catalog is curated, so your feedback is critical to the success of the company. We have stringent guidelines for what constitues Quindie content. We pay attention to things like picture and audio quality, compentant acting, directing and lighting and other more nebulous things like creativity and "is this good"?

All you need is a high speed internet connection, willingness to sign a non-disclosure, and a few hours a week. We are still working out how to compensate Watchers, so pelase bear with us on this. Right now all Watchers are volunteer.
